In addition, meeting the buyers for any showings, knowing experienced real estate attorneys and other professionals for any tasks (roofer, window repair, tuckpointing, waterproofing, radon tester, to name a few). Many sellers are overwhelmed by the home selling and buying process and feel they get in above their head trying themselves or with a non-full service Agency.
